We are a non-profit charitable organization. Our organization is built on a foundation of compassion and integrity. We believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, and we are committed to using our financial resources in the most effective and efficient way possible, solelt to benefit communities in the UK and beyond.

Mission Statement

At Youth In Action, our mission is to provide free, online, and accessible academic mentoring for primary school students across the UK. We believe that every child, regardless of their financial background, deserves the best educational opportunities possible, and having attended top schools ourselves, we know first-hand how this can set a child on a trajectory of getting into top universities, and hence the top jobs. We want to make sure these opportunities are available to everyone, so at Youth in Action, we connect the needs of children with the mentors' desire to give back.

Our Team

We are comprised of high school/secondary school students across the globe with like-minded, creative and impassioned visions so we can understand the needs of our peers. We all met at summer camp and realized our visions extend beyond our countries. We share a passion for giving every child the opportunity to thrive academically and beyond, as we believe a good education is the key to changing lives.

What we do

Goal: Creating academic, extracurricular and community service opportunities for children around the globe

Why: We are creating this organisation to give children access to every aspect of education with smart, dedicated mentors to help them thrive academically.

How: We will connect local primary school students with a network of passionate and highly engaged secondary school students. We will hold online sessions, in which primary school students can take classes in any subject that they feel they need support in. We will reach out to schools and organize ways for their secondary school students to get involved in mentoring. We also raise funds to provide resources and equipment that will allow students to fully explore their interests.
